‘He’s going to focus on prevention’: Doctor says of RFK Jr.

Now that he is officially leading the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. said nothing is off limits and plans to order HHS to investigate anti-depression medication, ultra-processed foods, artificial additives and childhood vaccine schedules.

Dr. Joseph Varon, who is the chief medical officer and president of the Independent Medical Alliance, joined The National News Desk’s Jan Jeffcoat Thursday morning to discuss this and more.

“He’s going to focus on prevention,” Varon said of Kennedy’s strategy to “make Americans Healthy Again.”
